Day 2
PANORAMIC TOUR OF THE CITY OF THESSALONIKI. In the morning, guided tour of the city that throughout the era of the Byzantie Empire was the “co-reigning” city, second in population and prestige to Constantinople. Visit unique monuments and feel the glorious Byzantine past in some of the oldest and most characteristic churches of the Christian world Visit the best sites that represent the historical and cultural significance of Thessaloniki. These sites include the White Tower, the Speakers in the upper part of the city, the Saint Demetrios Church and many others.
